Marek’s editing is going better and better but comparing his sport skills to editing skills I have to say that he’s much better sportsman ha ha!
I’m going to Holland today. Garreth is making an indoor slope contest and I’m going to take a part and make a little warm up before the season starts for real!
It was busy time for me last weeks, glaciers riding then indoor in germany and holland and then polish seaside and water sports but I will update my blog soon, so be horny!
I started my trip In Warsaw where I picked up my new ride! Fiat Bravo Sport! Big thanks to Fiat Auto Poland for helping and supporting me. This car is awesome by the way but unfortunately I will have it just for 2 weeks:[

Let’s back to the story. I leave behind my house and go towards Rabka Zdroj to pick up Tomek Tylka. The road was going pretty calm and fast cause we were talking a lot. It’s not because of fast car.. we were driving economically. The road took almost 10hours which is not that bad compared that 1000km which you need to drive. It was my first time in Kaunertal. We arrived in Saturday’s evening and the first person who we meet was the police officer and his alcohol test… pretty nice welcome!
Our schedule was kind a same every day except two days.
The waterfall beer day and a pub’s day. The regular day looks like this. Breakfast, drive up, snowboarding, drive down, shower, store (beers), movie, sleep. So, this is how we do it! Haha! Tomek was filming a lot, he’s probably editing right now, so we gonna have a nice
short movie soon…
It was good riding there, a jib line seems pretty good and the kickers but there was just one bad thing… the speed:/ I could say good riding finish around 11 o’clock every day, sometimes when the bad weather came you could ride a bit longer, after that time it was more
like slushy turtle ride…
The way up to the glacier is pretty long but you can see many nice views and the marmots.
There’s plenty of them especially when the snow is melting and it was not so good with the snow conditions, more like no snow:[ to find a marmot there you just need to find a hole and fute.
I meet a bunch of friends, like Innsbruckers Diana and Jocki, Gumka, Flo, Benny, Tajo from Germany, Loli the photographer, Pleasure crew and one super funny Italian guy, I forgot your name sorry but it was fun to talk with you..
One day Michi from Pleasure mag asked me to make a stick the trick for the new issue. I said, yeah man let’s do this:] the weather was pretty foggy up there so we decided to drive down and find something on the way. One moment, we saw something amazing! It was a rock! Haha.. The idea was to make some bonk stuff and I made shifty ollie nose bonk, bs noseblunt to fakie and fs 360 tail bonk. If you wanna see how it goes stay tunned for next Pleasure issue.
I got a new head camera Oregon Scientific and the day after tomorrow I’m going Dachstein, so probably obviously I’ll make a short movie..
What next? The new year’s party! My closest friends, big house just for us, a lot of alcohol and herbs.
Besides party there was also a riding in the Pilsko mountains.
I found some good lines and just shred. Funny situations on the slope, drinking hot tea with a spirit and red berry juice, having good time, that’s the most happy time, fully careless. You don’t have to think what gonna happen if you fall on stairs or jump too far.. it’s like park riding. All good things come to an end and we started to filming in Zakopane. I don’t want to say here that filming is bad and I don’t like to do it but sometimes is hard and it’s so emotional, you getting frustrated super easy. Sometimes you doing the trick in second or third try sometimes you fighting super hard and long… it’s annoying. There is also a positive thing about filming and fighting. The feeling after that time when you get your trick is awesome, there is no word which you can use to describe it! Unbelievable!
I started filming on big wooden rail without in run, actually the in run was there but just 2m, really hard…
I made 5050 third try, too easy, nosepress was harder to do but still it doesn’t take that much time..
We moved to Krakow to ride in the city on snow! It’s so good feeling when you have the real snow not the snow from the ice rink. Some good technical tricks of me and Bazsi like sw front blunt pop 270 5-0 or bs 180 sw 5050 sw bs 180.

After few days in Krakow I got the phone from my Red Bull team manager. I need go to Belgium, they planning some secret action! I’m getting scared cause it’s Monday 4pm, my flight is 6 30 next morning, I’m in Krakow I need drive to Wilkowice to get some clothes but on the way I need to pick Bazsi to Katowice cause Arthur, Radek, Kuba, Radim and Roman are filming there.
Next day is the funniest day, The Loin of Waterloo day.
I went to Belgium to ride in the monument of Napoleon’s defeat. Mostly there is no snow in Belgium but luckily they had 10cm. The guards and police makes the situation a bit difficult and the steep hillside was killing me when I was running up to the hill. It was the worst feeling up there when I felt my lungs, almost puking… On the top was barely no snow just the frozen steam looks like snow, hard to ride.

Anyway my job is done and I’m flying back to Poland. I’ll join the mep crew in Poland. Bye bye Belgium!

I would like to say sorry for my absent. I was temporary lackadaisical, a chain reaction of small things happen that I can’t write. Mostly it’s because of a couch surfing… wet clothes, no internet, even if internet was there I was sitting in wet clothes after riding and one think I had in my mind was shower, dinner and a bed. Sometimes it was too cold to put out hands from the pocket and write. When you’re going to sleep you need to wear a socks, t-shirt, coldproof underwear, hoodie and beanie, then you’re good! Sometimes you just sleeping in a couch which is 160cm long and 80cm wide, actually it would be not bad but in fact my friend Bazsi is sleeping with me, so it’s not comfortable at all… anyway I’ll start from December, close to Christmas.

When I arrived Nico took me to our hostel where the rest of the guys was chillin. Then we went to the setup place to check what is going on there. Guys from Bulgaria made a good job! They built super big construction and install a cooling system, really expensive shit. HI 5
The setup is ready and waiting for snow and we’re riding in Vitosha. Not so much snow here but the pipe is here..

The Rail Strike? Fuckin good! The level of riding was super high compare to last year. Bulgarians Nico, Mario, Jimmy, Woizio crazy guys, Marc Swoboda the killer, Hiasl, Rudi, Fuchsi and black horse Bazsi, everyone was pushing to the limits. That’s why I like to ride with these guys and jam session format cause you can see the pure motivation there. Here is the video: the rail strike
Bulgaria is great, it’s cheap and I had really good time there chillin with my friends! Flying back home with good mood for Christmas and motivation for riding. Thanks guys! Hopefully see you next year in Sofia!

I started my riding in Dachstein and now everything is going good
I’ll start my story from highfive.sk rail contest in Slovakia.
Last weekend, center of Martin, good riders, very good riders, fun and shred… Me, Marc Swoboda, Dominik Wagner, Seppi Scholler aka Love Maker, Roman Roth, Roman Kuril, Darek Bergman, David Conka and others… Crew was sick. Obstacles - straight box and rail, of course everybody rides rail.
It’s really funny cause I can’t find any informations about that contest whatever… I have to buy a new camera and then I’ll have photos for my own.
When I had come back from Martin we started riding some rails in Poland. I’ve called for a very best photographer Yarrek and Arthur from MEPtv and we started session. We had two spots, two straight rails.
First spot which I was riding with the best skier street rider Piotr Pinkas aka Pinki, he did some nice tricks, I made backlip pretzel out and I was happy. Next day we went to Szczyrk, there is the best rail which I was riding long time ago. Not so long, not so small, not so high I was riding with Radek CZ and Zielony, guys did some tricks, I made sw back tail pop 180 lipslide and I was happy of course…
After street riding I started to pack my bags and go to Plzen cause of the biggest rail contest in Europe Horsefeathers City Jib, very crazy riders are coming. Marc Swoboda, Bazsi, Dominik, Radim Hovad, Fredu Sirvio, Hans Ahlund, Benny Wetscher, Alex Tank and many more…
So, I was on the road when my friend called me and he told me about the contest in Katowice – evil rail. Uuu scary name but the rail wasn’t so scary… more like the easiest rail… we have some fun, good riding, good training before city jib. The extremely funny thing was judging and name of tricks…
I had never before heard so weird names, I just give you one for example, listen up “ frontside backside” aaa, what a fuck! What is it?
The oldboy skier and oldboy snowboarder made the funniest duet ever! They was commentators, judges and I don’t know what more they were… I was second, I’m happy that Radek my friend won but I have to say it was ridiculous… Radek won cause the contest took a place in Katowice, Radek’s hometown

Ok I made the decision and I’m on the way to media markt… new camera is coming!
It was really short decision to make. Marek Doniec one of the best skiers in Poland called me and he purpose a trip. I was like “ yeah, awesome, I’m down with you!”
Plan looks like this: two cars actually two fiat freestyle team Sedicis, 8 persons, 3 times Wojtek, 2 times Marek, Michal, Kuba and Pig Pog-sorry dude I don’t know your name…, bags, board bags, backpacks, bottles of water, beers, fuckin big apartment-thank u, good weathear forecasts, minus degrees and snowboarding! What more do you want?

Me, Marek Doniec, Marek Sasiadek and Wojtek Pajak aka double W and double M car. The next day after breakfast we packed our car and drove to Ramsau am Dachstein! It was short drive because of Marek’s driving skills, thrills and fear, loud music and funny cigs, it was fun. Like always with that crew!
Next day we go to the top of Dachstein glacier for some easy ride especially for me… because of knee pain… Marek D aka kickers killer make every possible rotation from 5 to 9, rodeo’s, misty’s, switch and huge corner jump…everybody was stocked about weather, blue bird, no wind, best conditions you can ever have on the evening second car arrived with Michal Ligocki, Wojtek Antonow- www.wzrr.ownlog.com , Kuba Skrzypkowski and Pig Pog. They mess around, bring PS2 and started to play, car racing and tennis, all the time. Stupid
Second day was almost the same but we go for the breakfast to Billa fur ein Semmel mit Kase, Shinken und Gurken…the best and the quickest as possible breakfast in Ramsau. Still good conditions up there, blue sky, no wind but traffic on the lift:/ a lot of hiking, chilling, and fun with friends. Every kind of riding is good for you when you didn’t ride for a 8 months… so I had a lot of fun! My very good friends was there like Bazsi, Nico, Dominik, Mario, sick riders and good people, thanks Nico!
Day third, sunday. Perfect weather, crowd on the lift even bigger than yesterday and we decided to scoping terrains of Ramsau forrest. We went to the wood! It was fun, a lot of stupid talks, actions, etc. We found an awesome swing and we make a contest for a highest air. Right behind the swing was a farm with rabbits, little goats and fuckin big alcoholic pig which drink a half of beer and started howl me a day brake was perfect cause knee was painful after two days of riding. When we back home we stared to play Scrabble. Remembering words, find new ones it was good for brain especially with the way of life which we have.
Day fourth. Monday. We came to the gondola station and can’t believe what we saw. Storm was ruled on the top. We was really upset. Our photographer talk with some Slovakian freeski girls and he manage to get three passes. Sick, we have passes for free, sounds good for me cause I want to go to the top even if there is bad weather… I got pass like a first guy cause I had a long break, for the next two ones there was a drawing papers. Me, Marek D and Michal L we are the winners! We go and one more time we can’t believe what we see, waiting half hour for skies to clear and starts riding. No people cause of the bad weather, just the most motivated ones like us I started to unite with my board. Riding starts to makes me happy again. Tricks started to make when we was driving back from the glacier I had fuzzy feelings, I was right, guys make a PlayStation2 party, they drink some bottles of wodka and all the time talking shit, making wrestling contest it was so fun to watch them drunk!
I should say “take two skip the last” but I can’t, it was last day. For me the best day from whole trip, blowing off all responsibility, learning some new tricks, remembering old ones, hoping it never ends!
That’s it that’s all! It was the sickest trip since February 1st

I’m going today to Zakopane and tomorrow for a first contest to Martin Slovakia. After the contest going back to my place repack, go to Wroclaw to visit my girl and on Tuesday straight, full speed, full hardcore going back to Dachstein glacier which is the best place to ride! From Dachstein I pick my friends Bazsi and Dominik and go to Plzen for Horsefeathers City Jib… www.HorsefeathersCityJib.cz.
